At the time of booking, a deposit of EUR 500 is charged. Remainder to be settled 30 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
When cancelling up to 3 months before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations between 90 and 30 days before arrival: no deposit refund. calcellation within 30 days before arrival: no refunds.
When is my safety deposit refunded?
Within one week of a control check.
Is bedlinnen being provided?
Bedlinnen and towels are to be arranged by the guest. Downs are available.
Where can I pick up the keys?
The keys are stored in a safety box. You'll receive access codes within days before arrival.
How about cleaning?
We are hoping this will be done by the guest. if not, do get in touch, we'll find a solution.
There's 5 of us - surely this would work?
Alas, no. At no time can there be over 4 people in the flat. This means - no visitors either.
